Support Contracts

When you have your AIMMS licenses in maintenance with us, you are entitled to contact our Support Desk of AIMMS Specialists to get basic product support, to issue feature requests or to report bugs. If you require more extended professional help, e.g. on developing AIMMS applications or modeling algorithms, you may want to purchase one of our support contracts. With such a contract, you are entitled to contact our Support Desk for any kind of AIMMS development or related modeling question.

The following two types of AIMMS support contracts are available:
