The approach
We initially spend 3 - 5 weeks with you to decide the decisions you want to make and the questions that you want answered. Once the decisions and the related questions have been defined, we will construct a solution against a fixed budget. The first trade-offs in your business can be analyzed within 10 - 12 weeks. The trade-offs are based on the data you provide and improving the quality of the output is usually an iterative process of ensuring the input data meets the required specification. We can support you intensively in this process or help you establish the processes and procedures that ensure the input data meets the specification. We take your operational data, available from your ERP system as a basis, but Outperform Network Analysis provides ample facilities to enrich this data. Our solution is based on proven technologies, AIMMS for modeling and optimization and SQL server database technology. We can deliver simulations as a one off or provide you with a licensed solution.
