AIMMS is growing and expanding worldwide and as a result we are looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator in our APAC region. Are you that positive and resourceful person with a commercial focus who is determined to achieve great results?

Your tasks and responsibilities

In this role you have two main working areas.

In your Inside Sales role (~75%) you:

  • are responsible for prospecting and new business acquisition for assigned territory;
  • are able to identify opportunities during the tele-qualification process and drive the sales cycle till commercial and technical qualification;
  • understand the business development process and are able to overcome competitive and technical objections while positioning AIMMS products correctly to satisfy customer requirements;
  • are able to articulate and deliver prepared business content which describes AIMMS services and pricing in order to persuade potential customers to adopt AIMMS;
  • achieve monthly business goals including but not limited to pipeline generation;
  • maintain a prescribed cadence of in-bound and out-bound sales activities;
  • partner closely with the broader sales team to establish and execute the go to market strategy
  • record all customer information and maintain detailed tele-qualification records, in the CRM on each prospective customer.

In your Marketing Coordination role (~25%) you:

  • are responsible for Lead Generation using Insights, Industry campaigns and following known contacts to new companies;
  • work with AIMMS’s global marketing team to align global campaigns, webinars, and events with local marketing activities;
  • develop and assist in localised content for website and LinkedIn campaigns;
  • plan and execute campaigns and activities (including events) in the marketing calendar;
  • manage CRM data, process adherence and take care of sales ops alignment;
  • provide lead generation and field marketing reports.

Your profile:

You:

  • have at least a Bachelor’s degree;
  • have 2-4 years of experience in a comparable job;
  • are Singaporean or have PR status;
  • are a self-starter, with an ability to take control of your schedule, prioritise tasks and show initiative;
  • are someone who is passionate about sales and wants to grow as sales manager;
  • have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal;
  • are extremely proficient in inside sales activities such as writing InMails, champion letters, cold calling and 1:1 contact nurturing;
  • are able to take full ownership of projects, campaigns, tasks – with focus on achieving outcomes;
  • are able to coordinate cross-functional teams towards an outcome (e.g. events);
  • are friendly and have professional customer interaction skills;
  • are diligent and have attention to detail with a strong focus on customer service;
  • it is advantageous if you have prior experience in SaaS.
