AIMMS software helps companies and people to use mathematical optimization to take better decisions. We have been developing and selling our prescriptive analytics software, AIMMS, to customers all over the world for more than 30 years.

AIMMS has a specific focus on Supply Chain optimization and develops standard apps that are used by companies from different verticals around the globe to support supply chain planning and decision making. Our Supply Chain Apps cover all common supply chain areas, such as Network Design, S&OP, IBP, Inventory Planning, Demand Forecasting, etc. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for someone to join the Supply Chain team at AIMMS.

As a Junior Supply Chain Consultant, you will:

  • be the first point of contact for customers, who use the Supply Chain apps, and report a support question.
  • Assist in preparing product demos, proof of concept studies, training courses, onboardings and with writing and developing online community materials.
  • Assist in testing of new feature releases and enhancements.

This is an entry level role for a recent graduate.  In your role you will be working in our Supply Chain team, people with extensive supply chain experience and drive to transform supply chains through prescriptive analytics.  You will embark on a steep and rewarding learning curve, with plenty of opportunity to grow yourself and your career.  You will have the opportunity to work with global companies from a variety of verticals including Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Energy, Telecoms, Retail, etc.

About you

  • You are a recent graduate and have between 0- and 1-years working experience
  • You have a relevant Bachelor qualification in a technical or data-oriented field (e.g., engineering, business analytics, operations research, applied mathematics, supply chain analytics, etc.)
  • You have an interest in Supply Chain, and want to apply your analytical training in the field of Supply Chain
  • You have a technically oriented mind, and an affinity for working with data and software. You enjoy solving problems
  • Proficiency in Excel is required, and proficiency in other modeling languages like C++, Python etc. is a plus
  • You have a service-oriented mindset, and want to keep our customers happy
  • You are smart, curious, willing to learn and eager to make an impact
  • You are open to change, and adaptable to working in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
  • You can take the initiative and do not depend on other people to tell you what to do
  • You are comfortable with speaking and writing in English
