AIMMS is growing and expanding worldwide and in this light looking for a proactive Marketing Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity to establish, execute, and scale a marketing operations and analytics strategy for the Marketing team at AIMMS. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. We are prioritizing candidates based either in Netherlands or the East coast (specifically Atlanta).

Your Profile

This job requires the eagerness to grow as a person together with our business, which means you recognize yourself in the following:

  • A passion for new technology tools and usage of those tools to improve the marketing funnel flow from lead generation to sales handover
  • Deep experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools – SFDC required and Pardot strongly desired
  • Experience managing and executing end-to-end lifecycle (nurture) and email marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of marketing and sales operations, including how business systems (CRM, Marketing Automation) are used to drive go-to-market strategy and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS revenue functions and go-to-market strategy
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and written and oral presentation skills.
  • Strong database and Excel / Google Sheets experience.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage integrations between all existing Marketing tools (Outreach, Zoominfo, Outgrow, InSided) as well as proactively research other potential tools to complement our tech stack
  • You’ll contribute to and often champion the development of departmental goals and objectives
  • Manage our Lead Scoring and Grading Model
  • Establish a feedback flow between Sales and Marketing to ensure the best possible targeting
  • Design, help build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable our team to self-service 80% of data needs
  • Partner with Content Marketing to build detailed email nurture programs for prospects in all stages of the funnel
  • Analyze customer and prospect behavior across all channels and segments
  • Identify opportunities for automating processes for efficiency
  • Establish processes and templates to keep our database organized, segmented, and instrumented to execute outbound campaigns
  • Enable the sales team with tools, reporting and processes needed to effectively execute campaigns
