AIMMS is growing and we are looking for you to help us with that! We are expanding in the European market and to achieve that we are looking for a high potential. We want to enlarge our team with an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude colleague who enjoys selling software solutions.

As Sales Manager EMEA you will be working in a small sales team and you will be responsible for winning new customers. Next to that you will also be the Account Manager for some of our existing customers to drive upsell opportunities.

At AIMMS we believe in connection, which means our sales culture is about relating with customers in an authentic way. a. We don’t believe in “hit and run” product sales, we believe in long customer relations with a product and service which makes live of our customers easier. We work remote as well and service our customer from our hub location in Haarlem.

Your profile

  • Sales drive with focus on the relationship and the connection.
  • Innovative way of thinking and capable of organizing your own work.
  • You have solid sales experience.
  • You feel very much connected with the software industry, the world of Supply Chain and our fantastic software solutions.
  • Self-directing and feeling comfortable working autonomously
  • A good sense of the Dutch and English is required. A professional communication level in either French, Swedish or German is an advantage.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will:

  • Define and execute sales opportunities both at new and existing customers.
  • Recognize user cases and business cases at our customers and know how to take these forward.
  • Enrich relationships with customers.
  • Align with your AIMMS colleagues on opportunities and ensure strong internal cooperation.
  • Contribute to the revenue and growth of AIMMS.
  • You see opportunities for growth and don’t shy away for sharing those in the organization.
