Catching the errors with the AIMMS error handler

Webinar date: December 17, 2014

There are many reasons why you can have an error (or warning) in your model. You are certainly able to prevent some errors, but there might be situations where errors are inevitable. In such cases, AIMMS will display an error notification. The AIMMS error handler provides a mechanism that allows you to control how AIMMS behaves in the event of an error, enabling you to improve the user friendliness of your model. This webinar explains how you can use the error handling capability in AIMMS. It delves into the basic concepts of error handlers, as well as the types of (local and global) error handlers and how they can help you improve the user experience of your model.
