In 2026, Jake will mark 31 years of service with Ace Hardware.

Madison Ogrey joined Ulta Beauty in May 2025 as a Senior Analyst on the Network Strategy and Optimization team. She collaborates across the supply chain organization to support strategic initiatives through network design, optimization modeling, center of gravity analysis, and scenario planning.
Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Madison worked as an Account Manager for a third-party logistics provider and brings experience across transportation, procurement, and fulfillment. She holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago.
